Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Food Orders

Non-Refundable Policy: All food orders from Niya Regency are non-refundable once the preparation process has begun. This policy is in place due to the perishable nature of food items and to maintain food safety standards.

2. Order Cancellation Timeframe

Order cancellations are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The cancellation request is made before food preparation has begun (typically within 5 minutes of placing the order).
  • In case of excessive delay from our side (subject to management discretion).
  • If the restaurant is unable to fulfill the order due to unavoidable circumstances.

3. Kitchen Hours

Important: Our kitchen closes at 10:00 PM daily. Orders placed close to closing time may be declined if preparation cannot be completed before closing. In such cases, any payment made will be fully refunded.

4. Food Preparation Time

Please note that all food orders require a preparation time of approximately 30 minutes after placing your order. This time is necessary to ensure that your food is prepared fresh and to our high-quality standards.

Cancellations after food preparation has begun will not be eligible for refund as the resources have already been utilized.

5. Quality Concerns

While we do not offer refunds after food preparation has begun, we value your satisfaction:

  • If you have concerns about the quality of your food, please contact our management immediately.
  • We may offer store credit or replacement at management's discretion for genuine quality issues.
  • All quality concerns must be reported within 30 minutes of receiving your order.

6. Payment Refunds

In the rare event that a refund is approved:

  • For online payments, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • For cash payments, refunds will be provided as store credit or cash, based on management discretion.
