- Standard delivery time is approximately 30-45 minutes from order confirmation.
- During peak hours or adverse weather conditions, delivery times may be extended.
2. Delivery Radius
We deliver within a specific radius from our restaurant to ensure food quality upon arrival:
- Our system will automatically verify if your delivery address falls within our service area.
- If your location is outside our delivery radius, we may suggest takeaway as an alternative.
3. Food Preparation Time
Please note that all food orders require a preparation time of approximately 30 minutes after placing your order. This time is necessary to ensure that your food is prepared fresh and to our high-quality standards.
4. Take Away Orders
For take away orders:
- Please allow approximately 30 minutes for your order to be prepared and packed.
- You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
- We recommend checking your order before leaving our premises.
- Once food items are packed and handed over, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
5. No Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of food products and for food safety reasons:
- We do not accept exchanges for food items once they have been delivered or picked up.
- Food items cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery or pickup.
- Please check your order immediately upon receipt and notify us of any discrepancies.
