1. Food Delivery Information

At Niya Regency, we strive to deliver your food orders promptly and in excellent condition:

  • Delivery is available within a specified radius from our restaurant location.
  • Delivery times may vary based on distance, traffic conditions, weather, and order volume.
  • Standard delivery time is approximately 30-45 minutes from order confirmation.
  • During peak hours or adverse weather conditions, delivery times may be extended.

2. Delivery Radius

We deliver within a specific radius from our restaurant to ensure food quality upon arrival:

  • Our system will automatically verify if your delivery address falls within our service area.
  • If your location is outside our delivery radius, we may suggest takeaway as an alternative.

3. Food Preparation Time

Please note that all food orders require a preparation time of approximately 30 minutes after placing your order. This time is necessary to ensure that your food is prepared fresh and to our high-quality standards.

4. Take Away Orders

For take away orders:

  • Please allow approximately 30 minutes for your order to be prepared and packed.
  • You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
  • We recommend checking your order before leaving our premises.
  • Once food items are packed and handed over, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. No Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of food products and for food safety reasons:

  • We do not accept exchanges for food items once they have been delivered or picked up.
  • Food items cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery or pickup.
  • Please check your order immediately upon receipt and notify us of any discrepancies.

6. Order Verification

We recommend that customers:

  • Verify the order upon delivery or pickup.
  • Report any missing items or discrepancies immediately.
  • Contact our customer service team within 15 minutes of receiving your order if there are any issues.

7. Quality Assurance

We take pride in the quality of our food:

  • All orders are prepared fresh and packaged securely for delivery or takeaway.
  • Our packaging is designed to maintain food temperature and quality during transit.
  • If you have concerns about the quality of your food, please contact our management immediately.

8. Kitchen Hours

Important: Our kitchen closes at 10:00 PM daily. The last orders must be placed well before this time to ensure proper preparation and delivery.
